What this Privacy Policy Covers

This Privacy Policy covers Scanlon Auto Group's dealerships’ treatment of nonpublic personal information that Scanlon Auto Group collects when you use dealership services and when you are on the Auto Group's web site.

"Nonpublic personal information" is the nonpublic information about you that is obtained by us in connection with providing you a financial product or service such as financing for the purchase of your automobile or an automotive lease arrangement.

This policy does not apply to the practices of companies that the Scanlon Auto Group does not own or control, or to people that the Scanlon Auto Group does not employ or manage.

We automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address and the page you requested.
